In dedication in acknowledging Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to take a moment to give yourself the chance to say Thank you. Give yourself a hug, treat yourself to your favorite movie and a bowl of popcorn. Go to your favorite park and just enjoy the moment. Give yourself thanks for allowing yourself to live through this journey. The path that we call life.
